Project agreements

Website content provides general information about our services. A quote, proposal, or other written project agreement should define the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timing, revisions, and usage rights for a particular engagement. If a written project agreement addresses a project-specific matter, its terms apply to that engagement.

Your materials and permissions

You are responsible for having the permissions needed to provide logos, scripts, images, music, recordings, voice samples, and other material for a project. Do not request deceptive impersonation, unauthorized use of a person's likeness or voice, or unlawful content. Obtain any required consent from the people whose recordings or personal information you provide.

AI-assisted content and review

AI-assisted outputs may contain errors or require revision. Review factual accuracy, pronunciation, captions, likeness, and the suitability of content before approving or using it. Website examples do not guarantee specific engagement, sales, teaching outcomes, or other performance results.

Ownership and permitted use

Ownership, licenses, source files, and permitted uses of project deliverables should be stated in the written project agreement. Materials supplied by you or by third parties remain subject to their existing rights and licenses. Website text, branding, and examples may not be copied or presented as your own without permission.

Acceptable website use

Do not misuse forms, submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website services, or infringe another person's rights. Do not submit confidential student, financial, medical, or other sensitive information unless its handling has been specifically agreed.

Third-party services

Forms, video players, linked websites, and production tools may be supplied by third parties. Their terms and policies may apply to their services. Website availability and third-party features can change or be interrupted.

Cancellation and refunds

Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Project-specific cancellation, revision, payment, and refund arrangements should be confirmed in the written project agreement before work starts.

Changes and questions

These website terms may be updated. Changes do not automatically replace an existing written project agreement. Contact yannick@lyonsmediaproductions.com if any term is unclear before proceeding with a project.
